 Accepted Payment Methods

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available for selected products, locations, and logistics partners.
Customers can pay in cash once the order is delivered and inspected.
Note: Some vendors or products may not support COD depending on item type or delivery coverage.


2. E-Wallet Payments

We accept major Philippine e-wallets, including:

  • GCash

  • Maya

  • Other partner wallets

Fast, secure, and ideal for customers without bank accounts.


3. Online Banking (Bank Transfer)

Pay directly from your online banking app via:

  • Instapay / Pesonet transfers

  • Partner bank direct deposit

Customers must upload proof of payment for verification.


4. Debit and Credit Cards

We accept:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • UnionBank / BDO / BPI Cards

Transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways.


5. Over-the-Counter (OTC) Payments

For customers without digital banking access, we support OTC payments through:

  • Banks (BDO, BPI, Landbank, Metrobank)

  • Retail partners (7-Eleven, SM Bills Payment, etc. — depending on payment provider)

Customers must upload their payment receipt.


6. PiDAM Wallet (Optional / If Enabled)

A secure digital wallet designed for PiDAM users to:

  • Store balance

  • Receive refunds faster

  • Pay vendors directly within the platform


Payment Security

All payments made through PiDAM are handled using secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
We do not store sensitive card or banking information on our servers.
Fraud detection and verification processes are applied for certain transactions.


Important Notes

  • Payment method availability may vary depending on the vendor, product type, or delivery location.

  • Orders without confirmed payment (except COD) may be cancelled after 24–48 hours.

  • Always double-check your order details before completing payment.
